Market Overview

Grain markets flipped the script today.

After wheat led the market higher yesterday, today’s session saw corn and soybeans post modest gains, while wheat fell sharply as disappointing export sales and a lack of new Black Sea developments weighed on prices.

Meanwhile, livestock markets faced heavy selling pressure as boxed beef weakened and traders grew increasingly concerned about slowing restaurant demand.
